I help high-impact founders become world-class leaders.
Get clarity.
Scale your company.
Enjoy the journey.
The pervasive myth that being a founder has to only mean lots of suffering is bullshit.
As a founder, you know the entrepreneurial journey is anything but a straight line. Instead, too often it’s a relentless rollercoaster of extreme highs and soul-crushing lows - a never-ending barrage of problems that just seem to multiply.
One minute you're riding the adrenaline high, the next you're avoiding hard conversations, fighting with your co-founder, or battling to keep your investors happy. It can feel lonely, isolating, and have you constantly questioning yourself.
You probably tell yourself that this is just “part of the journey”. And sure, it’s tough, but the need to suffer is total bullshit. You shouldn’t just be ‘surviving’. The emotional swings, the burnout, the never-there-at-home... these aren’t inevitable. They’re a reflection of your inner game.
When you shift the entrenched patterns and beliefs that are holding you back, you can become a more inspiring, balanced, and resourceful leader for your company, all whilst enjoying the journey much more.
The fastest route there is with external accountability and support; acting as an objective and fiercely honest mirror for you, generating those 'a-ha!' moments. Someone that’s there to hear the things you’re afraid to voice with your leadership team or board.
I don’t do generic exec-coaching. Instead, I understand the unique challenges founders face because I’ve been an award-winning founder myself. I've rallied the vision, built the teams, set the strategy and raised the capital while feeling all the highs, the lows, the wins, the huge mistakes and everything in between.
There are plenty of blog posts and books about how to run a startup, but if that is all it took you would just buy the book and call it a day. No doubt you've tried that one already.
My coaching is not for the faint of heart, it can be deep and often uncomfortable work, but the payoff is huge, for you and for your company.
You'll discover your own unique way of leading, find more enjoyment in your fullest self, and along the way become a better human.
We don't have to do it alone, nor do we need to.

Who is it for?
Startup founders & CEO's.
I primarily work with Seed to Series C stage founders
with 10-300 team members.
I prefer to work with people who have huge visions, are already self-aware, and are eager to talk as much about the inner experience as they do with the outer.
Committed to doing the inner work.
Your experience and results are a direct reflection of your inner world. When you shift your patterns and beliefs, you'll be able to create the results you want with ease and joy.
It's powerful and at times uncomfortable work.
You take ownership of your own experience, seek to be the driver of your own change and you're willing to put in the work in order to grow.
I'll encourage you to go BIG. While finding your own style of leadership.
See coaching as a high impact opportunity to invest in yourself.
If you're coming to coaching primarily to satisfy the expectations of someone other than yourself (a supervisor, investor, co-founder, etc) then it's probably not a good fit.
If you're motivated primarily by external outcomes like money, influence, power, etc. then it's probably not a good fit.
If you're approaching coaching transactionally–looking for what will lead to a quick fix then it's probably not a good fit.
If you're open to learning, listening, being wrong, seeing things in new ways, and trying new behaviors then we might be a match.
My process
Onboarding
We start strong. I'll ask you to give me access to a select number of people in your inner circles - both professionally and personally. My goal is to be able to understand you and support you on a deep level from our very first session, as well as understand the context in which you currently create from.
First sessions
From the get-go we're going to get really clear on what an unbelievable outcome would look like, and who you're being in that perceived future. We'll gain clarity on the patterns and thinking that have typically gotten in your way and immediately set to work on those. The first month will likely be a combination of thrilling and confronting.
In-between Sessions
Generally there's work to do in-between. Most of my clients come to love the challenges in-between sessions - the feedback cycles get addictive and often brings up new stimulus to learn from, and to work through in sessions.
Cadence
I work with clients on an ongoing monthly retainer. No packages, no paying for a year up front. If it continues to be a hell-yes energy, we keep working together, if it doesn't then we don't.
I see most clients on average twice a month. This is the minimum, but not the maximum. Everyone that works with me can book in as much time with me between sessions as they need.
Sometimes, when facing a crisis, or when processing something big, I'll see clients multiple times in a single week. I keep my number of clients to a tight group so I can provide this kind of flexibility.
